Gurmat Sangeet Bal Vidyalaya
Free boarding, academics, and Gurbani music
Our Origins & Mission
Founded in Seva, Rooted in Gurbani
In 1985, trustees S. Gurbaksh Singh Bindra and S. Shamsher Singh launched this vidyalaya to serve children of Lakhni Shah Vanjara descent—and other under-resourced families around Haridwar—completely free of charge. Our mission: instill pride in Sikh heritage through Gurbani music, academic learning, and selfless service.
